Huntington Beach Wedding

The Newland Barn at Huntington Beach proved to be the perfect outdoor wedding venue. With little artificial lighting needed, the photographer, Randi Michelle, was able to capture every moment beautifully.

Overflowing with emotion, the crowd’s faces were recorded accurately through the lens. The most memorable moments of Rebekka and Dan’s wedding were impeccably immortalized. Extra thanks to beautiful weather and high definition cameras and crew sponsored by Tow Truck Huntington Beach. There were a lot of close-ups and group shots to show the intimate’s ceremony at every angle. True enough, the place was filled with roaring laughter, huge smiles, and a few tears – happy tears. Candid photos were full of emotion, and you could almost hear it through the film.

For a venue that is so rich in history, the most magical backdrops are all over the place. There isn’t an area in sight that would not be picture-perfect. The outdoor ceremony was held at high noon, so there wasn’t a shortage of sunshine. With a quaint gazebo to say their ‘I do’s’ and their vows in, it was such a refreshing take on the traditional ceremony. There were little fluff and superfluity, the wedding banked on its authenticity. It was held, not to show off, but to get hitched with surrounded by the most important people. Since the wedding was relatively tight-knit, they were able to center on every face in the nuptial.

Something about the nostalgic, whimsical charm the barn had, made everyone grinning from ear to ear. The air was very solemn and silent from the moment the bride walked down the aisle. Apart from that, it was bursting with happiness and merriment.

The celebration extended until the afternoon when everyone gathered for the reception. Food, booze, and dessert were exquisite, but the real treat was the sunset. With the whole breathtaking landscape, the documentation team was snapping away. Photos proved to be a work of art as mother nature merged with the rustic architecture as the background of every image.

The abundance of white and pastel details made the event look elegant and easygoing. It was the best aesthetic to reflect the couple’s laid-back and cheerful demeanor. The setting and all the bits and pieces of decoration set the tone for a once-in-a-lifetime event. The organizers did not have to do much to the place to make it picturesque and elegant. The motif was anything but stiff. The guests and the entourage came in floral, flowy, and delicate outfits. The venue, aside from its natural beauty, only composed of quite minimalistic and simplistic decorations – only a few flowers, handwritten calligraphy signs, and wooden decor. The real deal embellishment was how photogenic the newlywed couple was. It wasn’t challenging to get heartfelt expressions from their love-struck faces. Every detail was a photographer’s dream!

Rebekka and Dan were very particular about how their wedding was documented. Since the event’s golden rule was ‘no cellphones,’ the photographer’s job was crucial to get everything on film. This celebration of love is forever archived in the timeless pictures the photographer took. Almost snapshot is worthy of being framed. It takes a lot of focus to capture every highlight of an extraordinary occasion.
